Overview
A large-scale, AI-driven recruitment platform built as a Turborepo monorepo with 10 independent applications and 14 shared packages. The system serves three primary user groups: candidates receive a personal AI career assistant, recruiters manage hiring pipelines through a dedicated suite, and administrators access advanced analytics and system controls. Core AI capabilities are powered by Google Gemini 1.5 with custom prompt engineering. The data layer runs on Supabase with strict Row Level Security policies, and all inter-service communication is end-to-end type-safe through tRPC. The platform supports full internationalization with RTL layout support for Turkish and English.
